Toen ik tien jaar geleden stopte met roken ontdekte ik dat ik "alleen maar" die sigaret niet aan hoefde te steken. Vorig jaar heb ik nog een aantal radicale leefstijl veranderingen doorgevoerd. Allemaal door "alleen maar" de dingen die ik wél wilde doen, te doen, en wat ik niet wilde doen, te laten. Echt supersimpel. Maar wel fucking moeilijk. Dat wel.
Alleen wel een stuk makkelijker dan jezelf veranderen, een ander mens worden. Dat is namelijk echt onbegonnen werk. Mark Manson legt dat even haarfijn uit.
