Ik hou het kort. Ik geniet namelijk van gegrilde sardientjes en brandende zon in Portugal. En van boeken. Veel boeken.

Ik lees o.a. dit boek. Dat kocht ik laatst in de American Bookstore in Den Haag. Ze hadden daar een plank met allemaal in rood cadeaupapier ingepakte boeken. In vier korte zinnetjes stonden wat hints naar waar het boek over ging. Titel en auteur werden niet vermeld. Wat voelde het bijzonder om zo een cadeautje voor mezelf te kopen. En het boek is ontzettend smullen. Ik ben op de helft en ben nog steeds helemaal ondergedompeld in mysterie en raadsels.

En ik lees Big Magic van Elizabeth Gilbert. Ze gaf in 2009 al een TED talk over dit onderwerp:

"... muses on the impossible things we expect from artists and geniuses — and shares the radical idea that, instead of the rare person "being" a genius, all of us "have" a genius. It's a funny, personal and surprisingly moving talk."

Als ik dan toch TED talks aan het delen ben, kijk dan vooral even deze. Hij gaat (ook) over design thinking in de gezondheidszorge.
